This website is operated for Katrina Kruze. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact page.

Information collected through the contact form

When you send the contact form, the website collects the details you provide: name, email address, enquiry type, company or brand if supplied, your message, and the submission time.

That information is used to read, route and reply to your enquiry or provide product support. Contact form submissions are not used to add you to a marketing list.

Checkout and digital product delivery

Published product information is read from Lemon Squeezy on the website server. Product purchases are handled through Lemon Squeezy's secure checkout. This website does not collect card numbers, PayPal details or other payment credentials.

Lemon Squeezy remains the source of truth for purchase records and may collect the information needed to process the order, deliver the digital product, prevent fraud and meet tax or legal obligations under its own policies.

Third-party services

This website uses Vercel for hosting, Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for contact form routing, Lemon Squeezy for checkout, and external links to Instagram and YouTube.

If you open an external social or checkout link, that third party may process information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential tracking cookies. Lemon.js is requested only after you explicitly activate a Buy link, so checkout-related essential storage is not loaded while you simply browse product pages.

Lemon Squeezy may then use essential cookies or similar storage needed to open, secure and operate checkout under its own policy. Because the site has no non-essential cookies, it does not show a marketing-cookie banner. If analytics, ads or tracking tools are added later, this notice and the consent approach must be updated first.

Retention

Contact enquiries may be kept for up to 24 months so conversations can be followed up, unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship, legal obligation or dispute.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your contact form information through the contact page.
